I think the foreground is pretty much OK, unless you feel like adding a 
snowman.  What it really needs (IMO) is a background.

You might want to play with some small glows using the plugin to simulate 
fairy lights, also try putting some detail into the first floor.

Oh, and change the background colour to black, I did a quick check in 
Photoshop, and it makes the scene look slightly less empty.
